What is
padel?

Discover Padel: the sport that is revolutionizing the world!

Padel is much more than a sport, it is a social, fun and dynamic experience. Originated in Mexico and popularized in Europe, padel has conquered players of all ages and levels thanks to its ease of learning and its strategic nature.

Simply put, it's the perfect balance between sport, play, and fun!

How do
you play Padel?

Padel is played in pairs, on a closed court of 20 x 10 meters divided by a net. What makes it unique is that the glass and metal mesh walls are part of the game, allowing bounces that add excitement and strategy.

The basics
you need to know

1. Format: 2 against 2.

2. Score: Same as in tennis (15, 30, 40, game).

3. Serve: Below the waist and crossed.

4. Game dynamics: The ball can bounce off the walls after touching the ground, staying in play.

What do
you need to get started?

• A padel racket: Smaller than a tennis racket and without strings.

• Special balls: Similar to tennis balls, but with less pressure.

• A competitive spirit... and a desire to have fun!

Why try
padel?

• Accessible to all: Beginners and advanced players alike enjoy themselves from the first match.

• Social and fun: Ideal for sharing with friends, family or meeting new people.

• Complete sport: Improve your coordination, reflexes and physical condition.

• Fast and exciting: Thanks to the walls, the rhythm is dynamic and there is never a dull moment.
