Terms and Conditions (AGB)

1. Scope of application
These general terms and conditions apply to all bookings, purchases, and contracts made via our website https://padelclubswitzerland.ch, operated by Padel Club Switzerland.

2. Offers and services
We offer the booking of padel courts, coaching sessions, and products related to the sport. Prices are listed in CHF and include VAT where applicable.

3. Booking and payment
Bookings are made online. A binding contract is formed once payment is confirmed. We accept TWINT and other payment methods processed through Payrexx.

4. Cancellations and changes
Bookings can be canceled or modified free of charge up to 24 hours before the reserved time.

Later cancellations are non-refundable.

5. Liability
Participation in sports activities is at your own risk. Clients are responsible for having appropriate personal insurance. We do not accept liability for personal injury or material damage.

6. Data protection
We process your data according to our Privacy Policy and in compliance with the Swiss Federal Data Protection Act (DSG).

7. Applicable law and jurisdiction
Swiss law applies exclusively. Place of jurisdiction is Zürich, Switzerland.
